The Upper Room
Vintage Simplicity.
Located on the second floor of Coppes Commons is our largest event space, the Upper Room, which seats at max 350 people and is perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as corporate functions, large family gatherings, and other special events. Elegant Chandeliers highlights the industrial elegance and historic ambiance of the Upper Room, creating a stunning location your guests will remember for years to come. The Upper Room is adjacent to our prep kitchen, Joining Room, and Bride and Groom Suites, giving you many convenient options for events larger than 30 people.
The Joining Room

In the Joining Room, you’ll find iron chandeliers and coordinating lighting, beautiful drapes with pearl details, and a simplistic set-up. Exposed brick walls, original wood floors, and ambient lighting through west-facing windows set a beautiful scene for your special event. A balcony overlooks our south lawn, as well. As a smaller room, this space can accommodate up to 350 guests and is perfect for a small to large wedding ceremony. This room is typically paired with the adjacent Upper Room for a convenient ceremony and reception layout.
Bride & Groom Suites
Comfort & Convenience.
Both suites have a private code for entry, private bathroom space, Coppes Coffee Co. tokens for complimentary drinks, activities and a TV for the guys, a hair and makeup counter for the girls, large mirrors, complimentary fresh florals to enjoy and spacious comforting furniture for relaxing with your bridal party before the big day.

Delightful Decorations.
We offer large decor rooms with items you can use for free when you book with Coppes Commons Event Centers. Available decorations may include greenery, battery-powered candles, signage, glassware, vases, card boxes, lighting, books, tables, cake trays, glass panels, mirrors, and other miscellaneous decor pieces. Save time and money by eliminating the need to shop for, transport, and store these items and instead have more energy for enjoying your special day.
