The Upper Room
Rustic Simplicity.
Located on the second floor of Coppes Commons is our largest event space, the Upper Room, which seats at max 350 people and is perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as corporate functions, large family gatherings, and other special events. Beautiful string lighting highlights the industrial elegance and historic ambiance of the Upper Room, creating a stunning location your guests will remember for years to come. The Upper Room is adjacent to our prep kitchen, Joining Room, and Bride and Groom Suites, giving you many convenient options for events of any size.
The Joining Room
Dramatic Details.
In the Joining Room, you’ll find custom-made iron chandeliers and coordinating sconce lighting, beautiful greenery, and a simplistic set-up. Exposed brick walls, rustic wood floors, and dramatic ambient light through west-facing windows set an enchanting scene for your special event. A balcony overlooks our south lawn, as well. As a smaller event venue, this space can accommodate up to 350 guests and is perfect for a small to medium wedding ceremony. This room is typically paired with the adjacent Upper Room for a convenient ceremony and reception layout (more most cases).
Bride & Groom Suites
Comfort & Convenience.
Two specially designed rooms for the bride and her girls and the groom and his guys, located conveniently between the Upper Room and Joining Room. Both suites have a private code for entry, private bathroom space, coffee carts, a complimentary lunch served to each room, activities and a TV for the guys, a hair and makeup counter for the girls, large mirrors, and spacious comforting furniture for relaxing with your bridal party before the big day.
Decor Rooms
Delightful Decorations.
We offer large decor rooms with items you can use for free when you book with Coppes Commons Event Centers. Available decorations may include greenery, battery-powered candles, signage, glassware, vases, card boxes, lighting, books, tables, cake trays, glass panels, mirrors, and other miscellaneous decor pieces. Save time and money by eliminating the need to shop for, transport, and store these items and instead have more energy for enjoying your special day.
Rehearsal Dinner Space
Ease into your Day.
Our rehearsal dinner space is free for your rehearsal and dinner when you book with Coppes Commons Event Centers, with availability confirmed through your event coordinator. You can bring in any outside catering or your own dinner, with many onsite catering options should you choose one of our food vendors. Plus, we provide the tables and chairs! The space is conveniently located adjacent to both the Upper Room and Joining Room for easy access.
